The product itself is likely fine. My order also came in a timely manner. However, I’m left to find a way to dispense the conditioner, as the pump on the does not work at all. I reached out to customer service about my experience but did not hear back. This was my first time ordering with this company and because I don’t have much time for complaints and reviews, I’m frustrated and disappointed.
