RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your standard return policy?

  • Merchandise may be returned or exchanged if it is unused, undamaged, and unopened within the original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original order date. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns under the following conditions - item is:
    • Opened or broken
    • A promotional or best value item
    • Listed as final sale (i.e. ineligible for refund or exchanges)
    • Returned more than 30 days after the shipping date

What is your international return policy?

  • Our international return policy allows returns within 90 days of the shipping date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition.

How do I request a return?

  2. Upon receiving approval via email, simply include your Packing Slip from your shipment along with the product(s) in a securely sealed package.
